Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy

Reservation & Deposit

Once we have confirmed availability and accepted your reservation, we will send you a secure payment link for a 30% deposit of the total charter price.

Your booking is confirmed once the deposit payment has been received.

Remaining Balance

The remaining 70% balance is payable on the day of your charter, either:

• By credit card directly aboard the catamaran.
• In cash on the day of departure.

Cancellation Policy

• 7 or more days before departure: Full refund of your deposit.
• Less than 7 days before departure: Your 30% deposit is non-refundable.
• Within 72 hours of departure: A cancellation charge of 50% of the total charter price applies.
• Within 24 hours of departure: A cancellation charge of 100% of the total charter price applies.
• Unsafe weather conditions: If the charter cannot safely proceed due to weather conditions, all payments received will be fully refunded.

Submitting a booking enquiry does not constitute a confirmed reservation and does not require immediate payment. Our team will first confirm availability, itinerary and final pricing before sending a secure payment link.
